The JWE 115 and JWE 115 I+II are 1-Roll Dehairing Machines constructed especially for dehairing sucking pigs and goats.
With the through-feed scalding tank JWE 160 in segmental design,
with 4 to 10 segments under water, the size of the tank and the installation of one or two dehairing machines can be chosen according
to the output.
The scalding and dehairing combination is available in the passage widths 2000 mm and 2500 mm.
Our scalding water circulation pumps guarantee optimum scalding of the pigs in the scalding tank – without any temperature variations.
The closed metal cover is connected with rake-type holder and head holder separating the dirty area from the clean area.
